DCS was contacted on this project because the homeowners found that the existing addition was not permitted.  This after their recent purchase of the house.  We were able to come up with a plan to completely tear down and rebuild the structure which was cheaper than bringing the existing structure up to code.  Now these new homeowners can enjoy this brand new code compliant bedroom as intended.  We are pleased to have the opportunity to help this young couple, very good people to work with!  

DCS has completed the permitting and replacement the front door pictured below. We previously converted a screened in patio into a heated and cooled yoga room for this client.  These are great people to work with and we are very happy to help them with all of their project needs.

DCS has completed an in-law suite on the northwest side of Gainesville Florida.  This area extended off of the southeast side of the residence.  The existing room that was tied into was renovated as the bedroom and the added area became the kitchenette/dinning, and bathroom.  The finishes included all wood cabinets, granite countertops, Pergo flooring in the kitchen, porcelain floors and walls in the bath, 1/2 open concept shower for access.   This comfortable addition is sure to please.

Super excited that we finally have our new website up and running.  It's been a steep learning curve but worth the effort.

DCS was hired by a great property management group here in Gainesville Florida because one of their locations had a Balcony which needed to be replaced.  The balcony had become unsafe due to water damage, and allowed water to get into the walls.  DCS rebuilt the balcony, wing wall, and the structural components of the main building. We are pleased to have had this opportunity and provide a long lasting balcony.
