DCS was established by partnership between Bob Morrison and Dan Mathia. We offer over 53 years of combined work experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and retail construction.
Bob Morrison, a state certified building contractor since 1983 and has been in construction since 1972. Bob specializes in the construction of custom homes, home additions, and remodeling. He is also a state certified home inspector. Bob’s extensive knowledge and experience is an invaluable resource when it comes to your project.
Dan Mathia started in the military where he was part of an advance party which was responsible for building base camps in Iraq prior to arrival of personnel, which inspired him to become a construction project manager. He attended both Sante Fe College, and the University of North Florida where he earned his AA, and BS in construction management. He has spent his 7 years of professional experience as a project manager for retail, industrial, and commercial construction.
