DCS was contacted on this project because the homeowners found that the existing addition was not permitted. This after their recent purchase of the house. We were able to come up with a plan to completely tear down and rebuild the structure which was cheaper than bringing the existing structure up to code. Now these new homeowners can enjoy this brand new code compliant bedroom as intended. We are pleased to have the opportunity to help this young couple, very good people to work with!
