DCS was hired by a great property management group here in Gainesville Florida because one of their locations had a Balcony which needed to be replaced. The balcony had become unsafe due to water damage, and allowed water to get into the walls. DCS rebuilt the balcony, wing wall, and the structural components of the main building.
